Number 22 is a completely re-furbished mid-terrace property with 5 bedrooms all with double bed & modern matching furniture. It is very comfortable, bright and homely and the lounge has oak laminate flooring with two very inviting sofas, and dining facilities. The kitchen benefits from a full range of appliances. It has a modern bathroom with shower and 2 WCs. Outside there is a great sun-trap patio area with outdoor furniture, and secure bike storage. Ideally situated for either University, but especially for Hallam's Collegiate Campus, just roll out of bed and you're almost there ! 


Located very close to all the popular Ecclesall Road amenities; shops, cafes, bars and eateries including Domino's, Uncle Sam's, Nandos, Pizza Express and Nonnas, with Tesco, M&S Food, Waitrose close by for supplies, and the further eclectic mix of independent and very individual shops on Sharrowvale Road.
