Andrew & Nikki were exceptional landlords to us. Everything you'd expect to be provided was there ...and more. Rooms were all large. Whenever there was a problem Andrew was round either the same day or the day after.
Communication was excellent and the house was maintained well. We regret not choosing to stay there for our final year !

I lived in 24 Harefield Road for two years. My housemates stayed there for three years due to the unbeatable high standards and value for money. The Landlord and Landlady were unbelievably accommodating, professional and always readily available in case of any issue or queries. The modern interior and the high standard of the property meant that in the three years we had little to no issues with maintenance. It was the perfect student home, we seriously could not wish for more. Thank-you to the Bishop's for having us girls for so long !

I lived at 20 Denham Road for my final year at university. I felt that Andrew Bishop our landlord was always on hand to help and was quick to deal with any issues that arose. The furnishings were modern and the house decor was of a high quality. We also had a furnished outdoor seating area and a well maintained garden which was an added bonus as most houses don't usually come with this.

The rent was very reasonable and the house is in flawless condition. It has a big kitchen which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The patio and garden are lovely, and we were able to enjoy quite a few nice BBQs during the summer. All the rooms have modern matching furniture and are in top condition.
The landlords were everything you could wish for: very attentive, always responded very quickly and provided a welcoming, friendly and familiar atmosphere for all of us. All the necessary information about house, bills, maintenance etc. was provided in a perfectly organised and very professional manner and left no questions unanswered.
Giving a 5 star review is something that I very rarely do, as only a near perfect or perfect experience can justify such a rating, but Mr. and Mrs. Bishop more than deserve this excellent rating, because they do not only provide students with an accommodation, they provide a home.

We had a really enjoyable year as the whole house was modern with fantastic sized bedrooms in pristine condition, providing all you could need compared to other houses on the student market. The landlord knew everyone's name, communicated well, and was attentive to any issues, resolving them quickly. The location was brilliant with all the amenities of Ecclesall Road, the Botanical Gardens, and not forgetting Tesco right on our doorstep which was a huge positive. We will really miss living at Harefield Road.

I could not have found a better place to live during my studies. Wide and clean spaces, big rooms, a lovely garden, strategically located close to shops, Endcliffe Park, restaurants and pubs, and the continuing support of the landlord, Mr. Bishop.

The communication has always been good whether that be by text, email or face-to-face and Andrew has always been there whenever we've needed him, for whatever reason.
They have supplied us with everything we need and much more such as modern furniture and a garden with a sitting area. Compared to the majority of my friends in Sheffield, our house excels in value for money and I think it'll be a struggle in the future to find a more organised and genuine landlord.
The house itself is the perfect location. It is right next to Collegiate Campus, only a 20 minute walk from city campus and a 5/10 minute bus ride into city centre (the bus stops are just 1 minute from the house). There are also plenty of restaurants, take aways, shops and cafes on the doorstep. This has been the best home for the past two years, and I'll be sad to be moving out.

I stayed with them for three years in the same house as I knew I couldn't have found another house to the same standard. Both are very approachable landlords and are very responsive to any problems, attending the same day or as soon as possible. They are professional with a personal touch, they cared about every tenant in the house. The house was in a great location and at a very reasonable price!
