Renting a student home in the city is a major investment for both you and your friends with whom you have decided to live.
We will work with you to make sure that as many of your needs and desires are met with your new place, the right match for you – but, we don't assume it'll take long with our small but impressive range of student homes.
Our Team
When we rented our first student home from Andrew + Nikki Bishop, we had no real idea what to do. They took care of us every step of the way and were fantastic landlords and our house was absolutely fabulous.

All our study-bedrooms are a good size (NO Boxrooms !), and our large lounges have a dining area, adjacent to the open kitchen.
Outside in maintained gardens, there are BBQ and sitting areas with patio furniture for your leisure and pleasure - Enjoy !
We provide you with fully fitted kitchens including: - Dishwasher, Large Freezer, Fridges (x2), Washer / Dryer, Hoover, Microwave-Grill, Oven + Hob ...right down to heat alarms which don't go off when you burn the toast !

Safe and Secure
While we hope you have the luxury to check out your home any time of the day you want, we'll also do our best to be available to suit you.
We want you to be comfortable, warm, safe and secure, and have invested in our student homes to meet this aim.
All our houses have double glazing throughout and A*** rated gas combi-boiler central heating providing instant hot water, which are also under maintenance cover.

A great property doesn't last long on the market, so we will do our best to make sure you are able to view your preferred student home as soon as possible, although we do like to give our existing tenants at least 24 hours advance warning of your viewing, ....so they can at least attempt a tidy-up !
